In this TIP, I talk about the importance of routine. Eating regularly. Sleeping regularly. Going to bed early. Simple things we can do to help return our 'wobbling, erratic, faltering' spinning top to it's efficient axis. When a big change occurs in our life it's easy for the mind to flee the body and for the mind to become disturbed and agitated. Unfortunately, this only causes us to experience more disturbances! So in this series of 'TIPS' I'm sharing some simple practices you can do now that will help calm the body and mind and reconnect the body and mind.
